Training Course Prerequisites

All courses are conducted in English, and participants are expected to have a good command of the language. Additionally, delegates must possess the necessary computer and Windows skills. We reserve the right to exclude individuals who do not meet these prerequisites.

Registration

Seats are limited, so early registration is advised.

  • Registration will close three (3) working days before the scheduled course start date.
  • Bookings will only be considered valid if submitted using the official Registration Form.
  • Ensure all required details are completed clearly on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least five (5) full working days before the course start date to avoid being invoiced in full.
  • Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the start date will qualify for a 50% refund.
  • Substitutions are permitted at any time before the course begins, free of charge.

Terms of Payment

  • All bookings must include an official company purchase order and/or proof of payment.
  • Full payment must be received before participants are allowed to attend the course.
