Course Overview

This 4-day hands-on course introduces the Mitsubishi Electric MR-J4-B servo drive and SSCNET III/H Motion CPU in the iQ-R platform. Focus is placed on real-world motion control applications.

• Fundamentals of Servos
  Understand how servos drive precise, automated movements.

• MELSOFT Motion
  Program and simulate motion using Mitsubishi Electric’s software.

• Positioning
  Achieve exact motion control for repeatable machine operation.

• Speed Control
  Tune and adapt motor speed settings as needed.

• Torque Control
  Control force output to protect equipment and fine-tune performance.
