Course Overview

This 4-day hands-on course focuses on the Mitsubishi Electric MR-J5-G servo system with the iQ-R Motion Module over CC-Link IE TSN. Trainees will gain practical skills in servo setup, motion programming, and network configuration.

  Configure and control motion using Mitsubishi Electric’s motion software tools.

• Positioning
  Create precise axis movements for accurate and repeatable motion.

• Speed Control
  Set and modify speed based on process needs.

• Torque Control
  Limit motor force output to protect equipment and control motion.

• CC-Link IE TSN
  Use this high-speed real-time industrial Ethernet network for motion communication.
